A Prayer to Start your Homeschool Week

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of our children and the privilege of teaching them at home. As we step into this new week, fill our hearts with patience when lessons take longer than planned, with kindness when tempers run short, and with love that reflects Your own.

Help us to make learning not just about facts and figures, but about wonder, discovery, and joy. Give us wisdom to guide our children’s hearts as well as their minds, and strength to disciple them in Your truth. May our home be a place of peace, laughter, and grace—a reflection of Your love.

When challenges arise, remind us to lean on You. When we feel overwhelmed, renew our spirits. And when we see the fruits of our labor, may we give You all the glory.

Bless our children, Lord—help them to grow in knowledge, character, and faith. Shape them into disciples who seek You first in all they do.
